This weekend we arrived late at WestWord Music Fest and I missed the only band I was really looking forward to check out during the festival. It was the second time this week that we missed a concert. On Tuesday, I fell asleep in the couch and we missed Cake (which must have been awesome)!
I got the chance to see only Murder by Death while seating in the grass and seriously people watching. We got a Tom Cruise mask from the booth promoting Films at the Red Rocks and I spent the whole day bar hopping with Tom. I really wanted James Franco (they are showing Pineapple Express this year - a peculiar "family" film choice - that only happens in Colorado!).
